What is the RHI Collection? What is ArtMajeur??
It stands for Richmond Hill Inspired. This is a collection of my images that, to my eye, are representative of the Lowcountry and the Savannah/Richmond Hill area. These photography pieces are calm, simple, and perfect for the completion of many interior design styles. Some are misty impressionistic and some are more modern styles.
The fun part is that they’re all currently available at ArtMajeur, which is an art gallery in Montpellier, France. They’ve made entire collection available online. I really appreciate this online gallery and think it'll be getting more full bodied as they grow. They recently merged with Your Art which should expand the products and services. It's all based in France. In 2021, Samuel Charmetant was appointed to the rank of Knight of Ordre National du Mérite for founding @artmajeur and, welllll, Princess, I think your home's art should be purchased from a gallery with a resident Knight on board.
All my work is printed from their platform. If you order and there is ever a problem with your order, contact the platform. I highly recommend a canvas wrap for my work. It's well suited to that style. Canvas wraps are gorgeous without a frame but if you want to give it that extra bit of allure, get a floater frame.ArtMajeur has prints, frames, and canvases in many different sizes. You can even pick out a frame to accompany your piece and it’s still less costly than many galleries. So, on my site, you get to pick out the frame you like, and the size. Go big or stay small. More value but less money.
My work is all mine and I’m an award-winning artist. I value originality. My work on ArtMajeur is not mass produced, like you might get at Ikea, or Pottery Barn. You don’t want something that is repeated on 1000’s of walls in 1000’s of homes.
Always remember:
“When buying directly from an artist, you're buying more than just a piece of art. You are buying hundreds of hours of failures and experimentation. You are buying days, months, and years of effort and innovation. You aren't just buying a thing.” - Rebekah Joy Plett
When you fall love with a piece of my art, it’s because we both see the meaning and value in that piece. We’re twin souls for a moment out of time. It’s like you were there and we created the picture together. It’s art you can be proud to own because it’s really a piece of you. It was made by a soul that matches yours.
Thanks for reading,
Love,
